Job summary

Beijing Han Ke Times Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a senior quality leader to shape the quality strategy for an overseas EMS factory and drive end-to-end improvements. You will build and lead the on-site quality team, develop KPIs, and coordinate with domestic and overseas facilities to ensure consistent product quality.

Applicants should have 8+ years in quality management within manufacturing or semiconductor sectors, with 3+ years in leadership. English fluency is required; Malay is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Fluent English; Malay proficiency preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of quality management experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries, with at least 3 years in team leadership.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project transfer and overseas product introductions.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems; ability to manage quality costs and risk contingency.

Responsibilities

• Formulate overall quality strategy and KPIs for overseas EMS factory and lead improvement plans.
• Oversee full-process quality control for NPI and mass production; align with senior management on risks.
• Build and manage on-site quality team; set KPIs and provide coaching and training.
• Coordinate cross-regional quality planning and ensure end-to-end quality consistency.
• Lead material quality management, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Establish and optimize quality-related process standards; drive ISO quality system compliance.
• Lead equipment maintenance strategies to reduce failure and ensure precision.
• Coordinate on-site quality audits, monitor production quality performance and costs.
