Job summary

Jabil is seeking a QA professional to develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions, ensuring timely execution using APQP and process optimization tactics.

You will support quoting activities through early process design and implementation, and evaluate inspection processes with clear guidelines. The role involves coordinating training programs, document control, and driving corrective actions with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of Quality / Process Quality experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT / FATP processes and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness of global new product introductions utilizing APQP and Process Optimization.
• Provide support for all quoting activities by participating in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
• Support global training programs by development and implementation of specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.
• Develop appropriate systems for document storage, access and review pertaining to global customer accounts.
• Review all supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventative actions.
