Job summary

A global healthcare leader is seeking a People Support Operations Manager in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center.
  • Proven track record in regional or global service delivery teams.
  • Strong leadership competencies and demonstrated success in change management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for process planning, development, implementation across regional PSS operations.
  • Provide guidance to Team Leads and SMEs in navigating challenges.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with P&C Business Partners and senior leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Provide leadership in a matrix organization and manage teams across borders.
  • Lead talent development and build an engaging, customer-centric culture.
  • Oversee change management to align system requirements and optimize processes.
