Job summary

A global company in Malaysia is seeking a People Services Executive (Payroll) to manage payroll processing and HR administration. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in HR or a related field and have at least 3 years of HR Admin experience. Key responsibilities include updating personnel information, handling payroll data, and ensuring confidentiality. Remuneration ranges from RM 4,500 to RM 6,500.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in HR Admin or HR Executive roles.
  • Meticulous and able to safekeep information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Experience in handling Expatriate / BIK Taxes.

Responsibilities

  • Updating personnel info for the group in RAMCO.
  • Monthly Payroll Data Sheets collecting and uploading.
  • End to end Payroll Management processing.
