Global Network Development Executive (Logisitcs and Freights) - Subang Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively hunt and secure partnerships with overseas freight forwarders to increase sales and expand company global network (B2B) via online and offline commercial network and platform
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor and analyze freight market trends, ensuring competitive and updated freight rates are promoted to overseas partners.
• Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of shipments and service offerings.
• Monitor collections with overseas agent to ensure timely payment from agents.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any disciplines, supply chain and logistics would be an advantage
• Experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in dealing with overseas agent networks
• Fresh graduates and candidate with international business sales experience are welcome to apply
• Strong ability to identify, approach, and close sales with international freight forwarders
• Knowledge of air and sea freight rates, market trends, and industry pricing structures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for China agency network
