Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Global Marketing team and collaborate with local marketing teams across international markets, including but not limited to Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Turkey, Spain, Poland, and South Africa.
  • Build strong relationships with country marketing teams and partner with them to strategize, conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing plans, including advertising strategies, store grand openings, and promotional campaigns aligned with business and expansion goals.
  • Facilitate continuous knowledge-sharing and best practices exchange between markets.
  • Lead the setup of marketing departments in new countries, from recruiting local marketing talent to supporting the first store opening in each market.
  • Oversee day-to-day communication with local teams, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities and achievement of set targets.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and performance reviews with local marketing teams, covering campaign results, budget utilization, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Has more than 8 years of relevant marketing experience. Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Proven expertise in project management, multitasking, and sound decision-making
  • Metrics-driven marketing mindset combined with a strong sense of creativity
