Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent in your country.
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain operations, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and good communication and teamwork.
• Legally entitled to work in Malaysia without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support import and export logistics activities to ensure compliance with local and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate material movements, shipment schedules, and customs documentation to support operational needs.
• Assist in supplier coordination and purchase order management to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Support inventory optimization and warehouse operations to improve material availability and accuracy.
• Analyze logistics and supply chain performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance.
