Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Communications, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in licensing, brand management, product development, project coordination, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track licensed product approvals throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage approval trackers, status reports, and project documentation.
• Route product submissions between internal teams and licensors promptly.
• Monitor milestones and address risks, delays, or approval issues.
• Communicate licensor feedback and support teams in resolving comments.
• Act as liaison between licensors and cross-functional teams including Product Development, Design, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
• Facilitate requests for style guides, references, images, and other licensor assets.
• Review trademarks, legal text, and branding for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze approval data and prepare reports to support decisions and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement through automation, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain confidentiality of licensor information and upcoming launches.
