Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or application support.

• Experience with cloud contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations ensuring system stability and performance.
• Lead and mentor the IT Helpdesk Support team.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
