Qualifications

• At least 3 years working on an IT support environment.
• Experience in customer service for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level support from services including travel and expense.
• Handle Incidents & Requests and coordinate the End-to-End Ticket Lifecycle.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through soft skills.
