Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models
  • Performing financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences
  • Conducting comprehensive company and industry research
  • Preparing presentation and other client materials
  • Participating in due diligence sessions and deal team communications
  • Managing multiple projects individually and as part of a team
  • Working alongside bankers in industry, product, and country coverage groups
  • Helping deliver integrated financial solutions leveraging the bank’s capabilities
  • Building a global network by collaborating with professionals across the firm
  • Gaining exposure to strategic and transformational transactions in investment banking
