Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd (Singapore) seeks a hands-on Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to drive the architecture, delivery, and scaling of enterprise systems. You will bridge clients, stakeholders, and offshore teams across time zones with strong technical vision.

You will lead SDLC governance, enforce best practices, and coordinate cross-border projects while delivering high-performance dashboards and services. English and Chinese bilingual skills are essential.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Master-level knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem including .NET 10 and WCF/SOAP-REST.
Frontend proficiency with Angular and/or React for enterprise SPAs.
Background with large-scale enterprise apps, distributed systems, or high-concurrency.
Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL and ORMs (EF Core, Dapper).
Ability to isolate root causes, design resilient features, and lead cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

Drive architectural vision and end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure enterprise systems.
Lead offshore development resources; manage delivery velocity, code quality, and blockers across time zones.
Enforce SDLC with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing standards.
Coordinate bilingual client communication and offshore teams in English and Chinese.
Optimize data models and real-time streaming data architectures for performance and integrity.
Track deliverables, manage risks, and report progress across the SDLC.
