Kerry is seeking a senior FSQ leader in Malaysia to drive the development, governance and continuous improvement of Food Safety & Quality programs across the APMEA region. You will collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory and Operations to ensure excellence in quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of strategic and operational experience within global food and/or beverage organisations.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, standards and evolving customer expectations.
• Broad technical experience across Supply Quality, Operations, Quality Systems, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing and Lab Management.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and driving customer-focused approaches.
• Experience building high-performing teams in a global organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, governance and CI of FSQ systems and programmes across the region.
• Drive knowledge sharing and performance improvement across APMEA with best practices.
• Strengthen FSQ standards via procedures, training and cross-functional capability building.
• Lead FSQ systems governance and digitalisation (EPM, Intelex, SAP, KerryTrack).
• Champion a customer-centric approach to quality and align with Global FSQ priorities.
• Guide FSQ events with risk assessments and final release decisions for on-hold products.
