Qualifications

  • More than 9 years of working experience in a Technology and/or Product based company.
  • Demonstrable experience in SQL Server performance tuning and advanced SQL knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Windows Server and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by logging, investigating, and resolving queries.
  • Participate in a global support team operating on a rotational schedule.
  • Drive automation initiatives aimed at promoting customer self-service.
