Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting across the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and variance analysis, utilizing TM1 and Cognos for reporting.

The role requires 0–2+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a multinational, matrix-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and complex formulas.
• Experience with TM1 or Cognos preferred.
• 0–2+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis in a multinational, matrix-based org.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Accounting during month-end closing for accurate reporting.
• Perform month-end closing activities in TM1 and manage deferred revenue.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances vs budget/forecast.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the assigned area in the region.
