Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader delivering health‑care solutions worldwide. The role focuses on end‑to‑end integration of APM Edwards Fixed Asset activities into BD’s global processes, with accounting, reconciliations, and reporting across entities.

You will map and align processes with BD policies, partner with IT for system activities (UAT, testing), and develop SOPs and job aids to support both integration and steady‑state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Fixed Asset accounting, RTR, or related finance role preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) a plus but not required.
• Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and documentation.
• Exposure to system integration testing and UAT support.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or JDE; experience supporting system integrations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Willingness to learn and support change during integration and transformation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end integration of APM Edwards Fixed Asset activities into BD’s global Fixed Asset processes.
• Perform and support Fixed Asset accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis across assigned entities.
• Document and map APM Fixed Asset and ONCA processes, and assess alignment with BD Fixed Asset policies, controls, and SOPs.
• Partner with IT and project teams to support APM‑related Fixed Asset system activities, including testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain job aids, SOPs, and process documentation for integration activities and steady‑state operations.
• Support transition of APM Fixed Asset activities into regional RTR teams, including handoff planning and post‑transition support.
• Collaborate with Global Fixed Assets and regional teams to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Fixed Asset processes, documentation, and controls.
