Job summary

Ant Group Malaysia is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join the International Account Monitoring team. You will oversee accuracy and compliance of accounting across multiple countries and business types within the A&I group, detecting anomalies and guiding reconciliation and reporting processes.

You will act as the key controller of customer fund accounting quality monthly and quarterly, collaborating with reconciliation operations and reporting teams while supporting audits and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Professional certifications preferred: ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial data analysis.
• Fluent English and Chinese; cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily account monitoring operations and ensure timely IFRS/GAAP-compliant entries.
• Prepare balance reasonableness and aging analyses for customer fund.
• Assist audits by providing documentation, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Support system optimization and process improvements via tests and UAT.
• Communicate with business teams and external parties to resolve accounting issues.
