Job summary

Apical in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance & Business Analysis professional to lead global inventory and margin management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Managers and Supply Chain to improve profitability, automate reporting, and drive data quality.

The role requires ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent and 3–5 years’ experience in trading or manufacturing environments, with strong analytical, Excel and financial reporting skills.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant Finance / Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in trading and/or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, Excel and financial reporting skills.
• SAP / ERP and Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain global inventory reports by product, country and business.
• Monitor inventory levels, ageing, excess and slow-moving inventory.
• Work with Sales and Supply Chain teams to identify and reduce inventory risks.
• Monitor global position levels and risk exposures.
• Maintain position reports and highlight positions exceeding agreed risk levels.
• Work with Product Managers, Sales and Supply Chain to manage position risks.
