Intel Corporation in Kulim, Malaysia, seeks a Director of Supply Planning for Assembly, Test and Materials to lead a global planning network. You will own the end-to-end supply plan, balance capacity and materials, and drive recovery strategies across multiple factories to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years with a Master's, or 6+ years with a PhD in supply chain management or semiconductor engineering related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex supply-planning or manufacturing-planning organizations.
• Deep understanding of constrained manufacturing environments and interaction between capacity, materials, product mix, cycle time, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Experience leading across multiple locations and stages in supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the supply plan across Assembly and Test manufacturing operations.
• Translate end-to-end supply requirements into executable stage-level plans optimizing capacity, cycle time, yield, qualifications, product mix, routing, and other constraints.
• Identify current and emerging constraints and drive scenario analysis and recovery planning.
• Serve as the primary planning interface with Central Supply Planning, manufacturing, Procurement, engineering, and product teams.
• Establish a disciplined planning cadence and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
• Develop planning capabilities, including constraint-based planning and advanced planning platforms (Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
• Build and lead a high-performing Assembly, Test, and Materials planning team.
