Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in server operations, data center, or infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux.
• Excellent customer service and client-facing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain server infrastructure across various environments.
• Promptly triage and remediate alerts and system notifications.
• Manage high severity incidents and document incident processes.
• Mentor new team members and develop operations center procedures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Windows Server

Experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)

Proficiency in VMware vSphere

AWS Cloud monitoring experience

Knowledge of network monitoring tools

Excellent customer service skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience in server operations
