Role Description

We are seeking a highly sophisticated and strategic Global Customer Manager to nurture and expand our relationships with our most prestigious High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. This role is the epitome of luxury service and commercial acumen, requiring an individual who is not just a manager, but a true partner and confidant to our elite clientele. Your deep understanding of the Mandarin language and Chinese culture, combined with your proven experience in luxury, will be paramount to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of top-tier luxury clients, predominantly from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Mandarin-speaking regions, Singapore, Malaysia and beyond.
  • Develop and execute highly personalized account strategies to deepen client loyalty, increase lifetime value, and generate repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury Mandarin-speaking market, leveraging networks and industry connections.
  • Represent the brand at international luxury travel fairs, trade events, and exclusive client engagements.
  • Manage a significant revenue target, providing accurate forecasting and regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with confidence and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. The ability to navigate cultural nuances is non-negotiable.
  • Minimum of 2-7 years of demonstrable experience in a client-facing role within the luxury sector. This must be explicitly within luxury travel, luxury hospitality (5-star hotel groups), luxury retail, or private banking serving HNW/UHNW individuals.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value client accounts and achieving significant revenue targets.
  • Deep, authentic passion for and knowledge of luxury travel, including trends, destinations, and what defines a truly exceptional experience.
  • Impeccable presentation, interpersonal skills, and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
