As a Customer Data Maintenance Team Lead, you will liaise with different finance teams to ensure that correct billing information and legal entity is held for invoicing purposes, managing customer information by applying standardization, setting up and maintaining data and detecting inconsistencies, keeping duplicate accounts to a minimum, highlighting any missing information, and assisting with further actions. It will be your responsibility to handle inbound enquiries and assign them to the relevant team members where necessary, ensuring that the correct procedure is followed at all stages and in a timely manner.
