Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based network services across AWS and multi-cloud environments. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise networking, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and network security as the company accelerates its cloud transformation.

Collaborate with cloud infrastructure and security teams to ensure reliable connectivity, monitor performance, and support disaster recovery efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2–5 years of networking or cloud engineering experience.
Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and subnetting.
Familiarity with at least one hyperscale cloud platform and its networking services.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security principles.

Responsibilities

Assist in design, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud networking components (VNets/VPCs, subnets, NSGs, peering).
Support SD-WAN deployment and management across global sites.
Monitor network performance using SolarWinds, Datadog, or CloudWatch; escalate incidents.
Assist in configuring VPN tunnels and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Support firewall rule management, ACLs, and network segmentation.
