The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Shared Services experience in Finance & Accounting, strong project management skills, and is fluent in English. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Shared Services for Finance & Accounting.
• Experience as a junior project manager or in BPO organization.
• Participated in LEAN House, transitions, system deployments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of individual projects within the program.
• Plan, execute, and close projects efficiently.
• Track and monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage global and regional stakeholders for alignment in projects.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to implement projects effectively.
