Grant Thornton International is seeking an Audit Manager for its Asset Management practice. You will lead engagement management across a portfolio of funds and alternative investment clients, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable standards.

You will report to partners and directors, develop staff, and help drive the firm’s strategic goals while delivering excellent client service in a fast-growing international environment.

Formación

• Fully qualified CA/ACA/ACCA/CPA with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and auditing standards (US GAAP/IFRS/ISA/US GAAS)
• Asset management/funds audit experience: at least two years; audit manager experience: at least one year in a medium to large firm.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the audit process for a portfolio of asset management clients, delivering high-quality services.
• Review audit work, financial statements and client deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Recruit, retain and mentor staff to sustain audit quality and client service.
• Collaborate on resource planning and staff allocation with the management team.
• Support the firm’s strategic business goals through scalable and efficient processes.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
