Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of experience in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Monthly Management Report for management decisions.
• Issue Debit/Credit Notes to inter-companies accurately and timely.
• Prepare Inter-company Reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted.
• Review Bank Reconciliation for accuracy.
• Ensure Control Amount in GL ties to AP & AR Aging Report.
• Prepare approved Journal Entries with relevant supporting documents.
• Post all journal entries to GL to avoid omissions.
• Meet financial reporting deadlines set by management.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiar with JD Edward System

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
