Job summary

Passend Education Sdn Bhd. seeks a Full Time Gifted Teacher (Mentor) to guide highly gifted children through ambitious projects in small-group classes at our centre and partner schools in the Kuala Lumpur area.

You will facilitate creative projects, games and peer interactions, while supporting social and emotional development and collaboration. The role requires creativity, calmness when plans fail, and the ability to guide children with kind, clear feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, youth work or a related field.
• Creative and curious mindset with willingness to try new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group sessions using projects, games and discussion
• Help students turn their questions and interests into meaningful work
• Support collaboration, resilience and self-awareness
• Observe progress and share insights with team and parents
