General Worker (HVAC Maintenance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on General Worker to join our technical team. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our ATCS and other HVAC systems. This role requires practical skills in piping, basic wiring, and cleaning of air‑conditioning components to ensure our clients' systems run at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with the installation of HVAC systems, including running pipes and conduit.
• Perform basic electrical wiring and connections for system components and control panels.
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on large‑scale air‑conditioning systems, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Help in clearing blockages, scale, and "fouling" from system tubes to prevent clogging and improve efficiency.
• Support the service team in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in good working order.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent) with at least 5 credits.
• Prior experience or technical certification (e.g., ITE) in air‑conditioning, electrical, or mechanical fitting is an advantage.
