Job Summary

The role of General Manager, Retail Operations at HABIB Group will require you to oversee the overall department and the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, effective strategy implemented for business growth, and able to lead the team to achieve the common goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire operations activity, lead the retail operations team and provide direction to the department.
  • Review and enhance the operational system, processes and best practices to achieve operational excellence while maintain the service standards and quality.
  • Oversee marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies to recommend improvements.
  • Establish the company-wide retail strategy and drive its execution across all branches. Manage the retail Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring optimal operational efficiency and sales achievement to deliver sustained, measurable business growth
  • Responsible in ensuring optimal workforce management within the business unit for both headquarters and the retail team.
  • Identify proper training programs for staff for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ work experience at the managerial level, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
