Implement and execute the company's cost management goals, formulate daily management methods for the department's auxiliary materials, office supplies, water, electricity and gas system rates and effectively control them, and continuously reduce production costs while ensuring output and quality.

Lead and mentor department heads in Operations, Safety, Customer Service, and Sales, fostering a culture of high performance.

Provide strategic insights to senior management and participate in long-term planning and decision-making.

Develop and execute business plans that align with the company's growth objectives.

Ensure daily operations across all departments run smoothly and efficiently.

Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize departmental performance.

Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

Represent the company and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and report regularly to senior management.

Be responsible for and enhance the safety and quality culture of the department.

Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure plant, department, and individual objectives are achieved within the timeline and budget.

Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to eliminate waste and improve workflows.

Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience in a continuous chemical processing plant, with proven leadership in a senior management role.

Excellent strategic planning, business decision-making, and team leadership abilities with strong market development and customer relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, excellent communication and coordination abilities, stress management skills, and alignment with corporate culture values.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with diverse stakeholders and expand into international markets effectively.

Can use experience and knowledge to solve various problems in production operations, have strong leadership, organization, coordination, motivation and control, can work passionately, can infect and drive those around.

Strong communication, persuasiveness and strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent people management abilities and proficiency in setting and driving KPIs.
