General Manager - Business Analysis Planning

To lead business intelligence, ESG and financial analysis functions of RGB Group.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee the overall function of the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth coordination and effective project execution.
• Develop and implement project management standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and customer needs; review and recommend process improvements to optimize resource use, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project performance, key indicators, and progress reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to strengthen project delivery and collaboration.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, strategies, and project outcomes.
• Advise senior management on project priorities, progress, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the COO/Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or experience in consulting will be an added advantage.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• 8-10 years’ working experience in related field.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, analyze complex challenges, and balance the needs of commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale, cross‑functional projects with measurable impact.
• Hands‑on experience in designing, establishing, and maintaining PMO frameworks, processes, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with corporate strategic planning and business transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Able to travel as required.
• Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
