JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Translate the MD’s strategic direction into clear, actionable plans.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Continuously review and improve organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (MAIN FOCUS)
- Drive sales growth to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Oversee sales strategies, key client relationships, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Introduce new products and services aligned with the company’s direction and market demands.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Manage resource allocation and operational coordination across departments.
- Implement process improvements and innovative practices to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and maintain project timelines to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Ensure smooth workflow between production, logistics, and support functions.
ADMINISTRATION & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing employees across all functions.
- Establish a positive and motivational work environment that drives employee engagement.
- Oversee administrative functions, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reports to the MD for monitoring and evaluation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of managerial experience in operations, sales, or business management (manufacturing industry- precision engineering).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
