  • Brand Development: Oversee brand onboarding, market launch, and outlet openings, ensuring strong brand representation and alignment with local market needs.
  • Retail Expansion: Lead business development efforts to secure prime retail locations and execute new outlet openings.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to build brand awareness and enhance brand value through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily retail operations, implement SOPs, and enforce compliance with brand standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the brand's P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor retail KPIs and take corrective actions to enhance store performance.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop store managers and operations teams to build a high-performance culture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster teamwork across merchandising, marketing, finance, and HR to align operational and brand goals.
