Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets, working closely with principals and suppliers.
- Brand Development: Oversee brand onboarding, market launch, and outlet openings, ensuring strong brand representation and alignment with local market needs.
- Retail Expansion: Lead business development efforts to secure prime retail locations and execute new outlet openings.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to build brand awareness and enhance brand value through effective marketing campaigns.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily retail operations, implement SOPs, and enforce compliance with brand standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee the brand's P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor retail KPIs and take corrective actions to enhance store performance.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop store managers and operations teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster teamwork across merchandising, marketing, finance, and HR to align operational and brand goals.
Who are they looking for?
- Retail Leadership Experience: Ideally 20 years in retail operations and brand management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
