We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our business operations in the beauty and health sector. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to expand business presence.
- Translate company vision and mission into actionable business objectives and KPIs.

Sales & Business Development
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.

Marketing & Brand Management
- Drive brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and digital strategy to strengthen brand equity.
- Oversee promotional activities, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand and brand identity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (digital, retail, and etc).

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in general management, with a strong background in beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or health-related industries.
- Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and brand expansion.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
