We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our business operations in the beauty and health sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, marketing, and operations, with a proven ability to drive growth, optimize performance, and build high-performing teams. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of consumer trends in the beauty and wellness market.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to expand business presence.
    • Translate company vision and mission into actionable business objectives and KPIs.
  2. Sales & Business Development
    • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
  3. Marketing & Brand Management
    • Drive brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and digital strategy to strengthen brand equity.
    • Oversee promotional activities, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand and brand identity.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (digital, retail, and etc).
  4. Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Manage inventory, supply chain, logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.
    • Implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
    • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
    • Build a collaborative environment that supports employee engagement and professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
