The General Admin Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role acts as a central point of coordination, handling office administration, documentation, and communication while supporting various functional teams as needed.

Main Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, filing systems, and office facilities
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
Cross-Functional Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to departments such as Sales, Marketing and Operation
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
  • Assist with report preparation, data entry, and basic analysis
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely information flow across teams
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Dedicated, matured, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with all levels of staff
  • Systematic, focus and well-organized person
  • Strong follow up skills to ensure assigned tasks are completed
  • Good communication skills (proficiency in English is a must)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application (i.e. Excel, Power Point, etc)
