Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Malaysia seeks a diligent engineer to perform inline wafer inspection, collect and analyze data, and support yield improvements. You will lead small optimization projects and collaborate with PMX/TD teams to run DoE and improve CP/CPK metrics.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree with strong statistics knowledge, data management experience, and excellent communication. CGPA 3.0+ is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Our bachelor requirement specifies Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical, or Material Engineering.
• Solid understanding of ICs, semiconductor manufacturing, statistics, and electrical test.
• Experience in data management, analysis, and yield analysis is an advantage.
• An open-minded personality and passion for working in multi-functional environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect and collaborate well with stakeholders.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

• Perform inline wafer inspection and inline data collection/analysis.
• Submit FA request and result compilation/analysis.
• Lead mini projects of route optimization and CP/CPK improvement.
• Collaborate with PMX / TD engineers to run DoE and analyze results.
• Support PMX / TD engineers on lot movement and on-time delivery (OTD).
