Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Functional Games Tester to ensure correct game functionality across PC, console, and mobile platforms. You will perform exploratory and structured testing, write detailed bug reports, and work as part of a testing team under the Functional Test Lead.

This onsite role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written English, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic gaming environment. Malaysian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with software or video game quality assurance.
• Ability to execute test cases and follow predefined test plans.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document defects clearly.

Responsibilities

• Test video games to identify functionality issues across platforms.
• Follow test cases and checklists to perform targeted testing.
• Report and verify issues in bug databases.
• Write bug descriptions per company standards and client specs.
• Collaborate with team and share testing information via chat channels.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
