Job Description

1. Visitor Assistance:

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
• Help visitors with questions and provide information about the gallery and its features.
• Offer suggestions to enhance the visitor experience.

2. Exhibit Support:

• Ensure exhibits are being used properly and check that interactive features work.
• Demonstrate or explain how to use interactive exhibits when needed.
• Quickly address any exhibit issues and report them to the team.

3. Customer Service:

• Handle visitor feedback and complaints in a positive manner.
• Assist with ticketing, admissions, and managing visitor flow.
• Help with setting up and managing special events and tours.

4. Operational Duties:

• Keep gallery spaces clean and organized.
• Monitor and restock visitor materials like brochures and maps.
• Support safety measures and follow gallery policies.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work with other team members to create a smooth visitor experience.
• Join team meetings and training to stay updated on new exhibits and procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in art, technology, or immersive experiences is a plus.
• Salary depends on relevant experience.
• Friendly and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, basic software, and Android QR scanners.
• Basic knowledge of gallery operations and safety is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer Malaysian only.
• Preferable Customer Service Experience.

Shift Schedule:

• Morning - 9:30am to 6pm
• Evening - 2pm to 10:30pm

6 days Working schedule, with 1 day Rest day.

Term based Employment with 1 year contract.

Looking for candidate who can join immediately.
