Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and oversee strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers in target regions.
  • Create and execute strategies that enhance client acquisition, boost revenue, and expand market presence.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Provide senior management with market insights, including updates on trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.
  • Track regional business performance and generate regular reports on results and strategic initiatives for leadership review.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) plus fluency in Thai, Malay, or Korean, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate programs, preferably within digital services or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated regions.
