Officer, Fund Accounting Analyst 1 – C09 (Hybrid) – based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Perform a first‑line control role in daily NAV production.
• Review and resolve exceptions, escalating those that cannot be addressed promptly.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to queries accurately and quickly.
• Ensure achievement of SLAs/KPIs, escalating any issues internally or externally as required.

• Maintain documentation for client‑specific procedures.
• Act as a technical and knowledge resource for the team and business unit.
• Participate in development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
• Support projects that optimize operational efficiency and improve quality.
• Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance; abide by company policies and procedures.
• Coaching and supporting other team members.
• Perform processing functions related to fund administration services, including monitoring non‑STP transactions and static data setup.
• Deliver timely and accurate transaction processing for custody settlement and Middle Office accountants, ensuring net asset valuation reports meet internal and external obligations.
• Provide prompt and professional advice to regional branches for smooth operations and service delivery.
• Participate in system and client testing to implement global strategy and fulfill business needs.
• Work with Front Office to evaluate client needs and propose solutions for new business deals.
• Work with Customer Service Officer to investigate customer queries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Initiate and streamline process related to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements.
• Identify and resolve business/technical issues together with ASPAC branches and system support group; monitor, track and evaluate monthly STP analysis and MIS reporting.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
