Qualifications

• • Bachelor's in computer science or business related field.
• • At least 3- 5 years’ experience in business analysis and support in medium to large organisations.

• • Experience in Business Processes Mapping and Consultancy.
• • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• • A confident and engaging individual who is able to influence positive outcome and resolve conflicts.
• • Decisive and results oriented in carrying out his/her role and responsibilities.
• • Demonstrable experience in IT Industry standards, services, design, systems architecture, business analysis, training and business modeling.
• • Experience in Financial Products industry eg. Insurance and Hire Purchase an added advantage
