Full-time Senior Research Assistant in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 533936)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree with at least two years’ post‑qualification experience in Education or a related discipline. She/he will serve as a project manager, who will be in charge of project management and assisting with in‑house research related activities, including participant recruitment, school visits, teacher professional development needs analysis, conduct research – related activities such as literature reviews, classroom observations, questionnaire administering, teacher interviews, data analysis, and report writings.

The appointee will also assist the Project Investigator in coordinating and preparing materials for research seminars/workshops, monitoring the deliverable timeline of the project, preparing progress and financial reports, and providing administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Project manager in charge of project management and in‑house research activities, including participant recruitment, school visits, teacher professional development needs analysis, literature reviews, classroom observations, questionnaire administering, teacher interviews, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Assist Project Investigator in coordinating and preparing materials for research seminars/workshops.
  • Monitor deliverable timeline of the project.
  • Prepare progress and financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
