Plentisoft Sdn Bhd – Kota Kemuning, Selangor

Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend features

Own features from concept to deployment, ensuring functional and performance expectations are met

Identify edge cases and potential issues during development.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, taking initiative to improve system stability

Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase

Optimize application performance and monitor key metrics to ensure smooth user experience

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)

Hands‑on experience with at least one frontend framework (Angular preferred, or React/Vue)

Skilled at debugging, problem‑solving, and reasoning through edge cases

Familiarity with APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows

Takes ownership of features end‑to‑end and proactively identifies risks or potential issues

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly discuss progress, blockers, and technical trade‑offs

Senior‑level candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Systems thinking with product sense: you see the whole flow from click to query and make smart trade‑offs.
