As a Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional Agile team building modern, scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining application features, working with senior developers and architects to implement well-structured and secure systems. You will also participate in planning and design activities, continuously improving your technical skills while contributing to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that meets requirements and follows established patterns.
- Implement application features and enhancements as part of a collaborative development team.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas for improvements in functionality, performance, and maintainability.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other developers to refine backlog items, estimate work, and plan sprints.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, contributing to a transparent and collaborative work environment.
- Code Quality and Testing
- Write unit tests and contribute to integration and automated test suites.
- Participate in peer code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality.
- Follow established development and security standards, and help identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and practices relevant to your area of expertise.
- Learn from senior team members and mentors while taking ownership of your personal development.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot issues, suggest enhancements, and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, TypeScript and full stack development.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
- Desire to learn advanced design patterns, architecture concepts, and domain-specific challenges.
