Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Palantir databases, functions, and applications.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize Palantir integrations to ensure secure, accurate, and timely data synchronization across systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain high-quality system performance and business continuity.
• Document system architecture, processes, and workflows to support long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with end users to ensure system adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve application functionality.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Solid experience with database systems and data modeling (SQL or equivalent).
• Experience integrating backend systems with third-party platforms (Palantir experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with accounting data or financial software, with understanding of accounting principles and terminology.
• Experience generating financial reports in an analytical or systems capacity.
• Experience with ERP system implementation, particularly Sage Intacct, is highly advantageous.
• Experience using Spark and/or Pandas (Python libraries) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, especially React, is an added advantage.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and English speaking and writing skills.
• Interest in pickleball and a passion for sports technology is a plus.
