Job summary

Texas Instruments in Malaysia is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy a unified web dashboard for real-time equipment status, downtime management, PM scheduling, and OEE across ATBP sites. You will collaborate with SMA teams, production engineering, QA, IT, and AI Agents to build production-grade factory software.

The role emphasizes data integration, CI/CD with Docker/K8s, and scalable UI/UX for on-floor and mobile users in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Strong full-stack web development with JS/TS frontend and Python/Node backend.
• Experience with relational DBs and real-time data handling.
• Proficient in REST API design and development.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web application platform for real-time equipment status and OEE dashboards.
• Integrate data sources via SECS/GEM and factory databases.
• Build real-time pipelines using Kafka for alarms and events with sub-second UI refresh.
• Develop REST APIs consumed by mobile apps, dashboards, and AI agents integrations.
• Implement alarm-state logic to prevent false KPI counts during operations.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/K8s).
• Lead UI/UX improvements based on operator feedback for on-floor and mobile users.
• Document technical specs, user guides, and training materials.
