Job summary

AMK Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a software developer for a 6-month contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will design, develop, maintain and enhance web applications, covering frontend and backend, build APIs, databases, and third-party systems, and participate in the full SDLC.

You should have a degree in IT or CS and strong hands-on experience with C# across design, development and release, plus Web API/REST and data persistence (ORM/EF/SQL/NoSQL).

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with C# across design, development and release phases of software development.
• Strong knowledge of Web API and REST.
• Knowledge of data persistence (ORM, EF, SQL or NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and support both frontend and backend components of applications.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Perform code reviews and follow software development best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
