The ideal candidate has strong experience across modern front-end and back-end frameworks, solid understanding of database design, and hands‑on exposure to cloud infrastructure and integration patterns. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, designing secure APIs, and ensuring high‑quality user experiences across platforms.

Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer/Developer for a full‑time hybrid role based in Cyberjaya. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining front‑end and back‑end components of software applications, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Duties include ensuring the performance, optimisation and scalability of web applications and contributing to the full development lifecycle. While the role is primarily location‑based in Cyberjaya, there is flexibility for occasional remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance full‑stack applications using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces following UI/UX best practices.
• Design, develop and secure REST APIs, ensuring adherence to industry‑standard security practices.
• Design and optimise SQL databases with a focus on transactional integrity and strong consistency.
• Manage and integrate cloud services, including storage (S3/Azure), TLS, CDN and application monitoring/logging.
• Work on internal integrations such as email delivery systems, webhook workflows and API‑driven automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Operations and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvements in performance, reliability and security.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend Development

• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile‑first UX/UI principles.
• Hands‑on experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot (preferred).
• Strong understanding of REST API standards, versioning, documentation and security.

Database

• Proficiency in SQL with experience in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Ability to design normalised schemas for transactional workloads and ensure data consistency.

DevOps / Infrastructure

• Experience with cloud storage and pre‑signed URLs (e.g. AWS S3, Azure Blob).
• Understanding of TLS, CDN configurations, monitoring and log management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Integration

• Experience building internal APIs and integrating systems using webhooks, email delivery providers and automated workflows.

Agentic AI

• Experience in building Agentic AI capabilities, including designing autonomous workflows, integrating AI agents into applications or leveraging LLM‑based tools to automate complex tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ year experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Back‑End Web Development and Full‑Stack Development.
• Skills in Front‑End Development including expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience and knowledge in Software Development processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver technical projects on schedule.
• Preferred: Familiarity with modern development frameworks and experience working with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team environment.
• Experience in enterprise systems, fintech or ERP integrations is a plus.
