Job summary

You will build frontend components in Next.js and React, ensure accessibility and performance, and contribute to Sitecore platform updates while collaborating across functions for impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of web development experience.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize user journeys and site performance.
• Develop and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Implement front-end changes in Next.js/React with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate with content, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
