The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills. This role includes managing associates and enhancing guest satisfaction. Responsible for all front office functions and manages associates aligned with hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects related to the revenues and operating expenses.
Areas of responsibility include Concierge, Telephone Operators, Guest Services/Front Desk and Concept Floor. As a department head, directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and associates satisfaction to meet Hotel expectation.
